Grandfat在这里d customers may add a new system (that will not be grandfat在这里d) and maintain grandfat在这里d status for their existing system if they have the two systems metered separately. 祖父期的结束日期是2045年12月20日.
New on-site generation customers are subject to future changes in billing and compensation structure.
